I used to think Edna Mode was hilarious in saying “I never look back. It distracts from the Now” but I am quickly coming around to that way of thinking.
We’ve known each other for 18 years, now, and we’ve been a couple for the last 13 years. You could say we’ve been around each other quite a bit.
I’m sorry. Sorry for being in your way. Sorry for not driving the speed you want. Sorry for walking in front of you. Or, I used to be. Now, not as much.
We like to take time out of life’s daily routines to nurture connections. One parent, one child, out of the house. That time is precious.

After admiring the work of others for so long, I created my own thing. It feels good. This is a tribute to creators and to sitting down to do the work.
I had to drop something off at the post office today and, behold! In front of me was a parking lot that had not been plowed after yesterday’s snow.
I need you to know something about snow in Colorado. Yes, it does get cold. Yes it does snow. But somehow the laws of physics do not apply at high altitude.
