Sometimes you see planets and they humble you and fill you with a sense of awe. And sometimes you eat tortilla chips and feel the same way.
Rangent: when you go on a rant that is tangential to what you are actually discussing. Here comes a rangent. Still grateful. Just need to talk.
Kids, Sweaters, and Bubbles. Today’s blessings are a mix of the basics. But often you need to go out of your routine or comfort zone for the good stuff.
Ahhhh, that time of day when it is dark outside, you’ve gotten rest, and you sit quietly with no one needing anything from you. Perfect.
Today’s gratitudes include a seagull and ice cream. Not together though! I’m already learning to see the great in the routine. Sticking with it? We’ll see.
I am embarking on the Thank and Grow Rich challenge: seek daily gratitude for 30 days. I will document each day the three blessings/things-I’m-grateful-for.
I want to choose joy. I truly do. When it has been a long day and things are not easy, it makes it hard. My fu is weak in this area.
If you could give a message to your 30 year old self, what would you say?
I’ve gotten to the point that sitting indoors all day is making me uncomfortable. And I couldn’t be more thankful. It is time to do more than just survive.
