Our betta fish, Moonlight swam his last swim sometime between Saturday PM and Sunday AM. He was the first pet for our family.
Kids, Sweaters, and Bubbles. Today’s blessings are a mix of the basics. But often you need to go out of your routine or comfort zone for the good stuff.
Ahhhh, that time of day when it is dark outside, you’ve gotten rest, and you sit quietly with no one needing anything from you. Perfect.
What started as a Saturday morning college tradition has become a family favorite. Many have accidentally made this sandwich in various forms of stupor.
Today’s gratitudes include a seagull and ice cream. Not together though! I’m already learning to see the great in the routine. Sticking with it? We’ll see.

I want to choose joy. I truly do. When it has been a long day and things are not easy, it makes it hard. My fu is weak in this area.
Today was successful. There was testing and hunching of backs. The testing room smelled like old peanut butter crackers and many lotions.
